The past 4 days have truly been inspiring and I've learnt a lot. Dancing not to perform for people, but for our Heavenly Father. It's not about having good technique, remembering steps well, or keeping in time with the music. It's only about dancing for Him. Free worship on the first day was really wonderful. Just dancing to praise God in any form of movement. Melissa is really great, thank God for bringing her to this workshop so that she could touch many. The way she connects dancing and worshiping God together is just awesome. Everything that I came across just touched me and was so alive to me. Thank you Melissa for sharing your life experience with us, and Ryan too.

Dancers are athletes of God. Dance to express not to impress. Dance not for men, but for GOD.

Word on sunday by Karen during cell on sunday really spoke to me. Really, there is so much more to life than we think there is. Results, expectations of people or of ourselves. All these are not important in the eyes of God. I'm glad I shared how I felt. All these years of hurt and hidden feelings. Thank you Karen and Qing for praying for me. Thank God for all the sisters He has placed in my life, Micahlettes and ballet gfs. Thank you darlings for standing by me and praying for me whenever I needed prayer or a listening ear. Thank you my darling jie and mei for being there with me. Thank you God for never forsaking me.

of self protection that I've built. I know

Showcase yesterday was great. Although we didnt hit the right counts, although we didn't have a good run through, although we had all sorts of bruises and injuries everywhere. We still enjoyed ourselves. All because we were dancing for God. Amidst the bright spotlights shining down on us on stage, I'm quite sure I saw Him smiling down on us. Thank you rx, nic and hanwen for going down to support us. Hope you enjoyed the night just as much as we did.

Dance like nobody's watching 'cause I know the Son has set me free, so I am free indeed.
